Application Fitting Instructions Dry Method

For small stickers (less than 30cm), please read the instructions below.
For optimum results, apply sticker at room temperature or above.

1. Clean the surface thoroughly with a lint-free cloth. For best results, the surface must be clean and free of all waxes and residue.

2. Place the sticker face down and slowly pull the backing (heavier gauge paper) off from the sticker, if the sticker comes with the backing simply push it back down firmly and try again, If part of the sticker moves out of its original position, you can put it back into place by pushing the backing down and move the sticker back to its original position.

3. Decide where you want to place the sticker and carefully apply the adhesive side of the sticker to the surface.

IMPORTANT: Once the sticker is applied to the surface, it cannot be re-adjusted. If you want to be able to re-adjust the sticker after applying it to the surface, please read the wet application instructions. The wet application method is recommended for large stickers, but you may also choose to use it on small stickers.

4. Using a ridgid edge e.g. a ruler or your finger apply pressure from top to bottom so the sticker sticks.

5. Remove the masking tape by slowly peeling at the corner and pulling as close to the surface as you can. If there are any air bubbles under the sticker you can also use a small needle to poke a hole in the bubble and work the bubble toward the hole to flatten the surface

1. Clean the surface thoroughly with lint-free cloth. For best results, the surface must be clean and free of all waxes and residue.

2. 3. Mix a single drop of washing up liquid with water into a spray bottle to create a “slippery solution.” Spray the solution to the adhesive side of the sticker.

4. Spray the solution to the surface area where the sticker will be installed to. Make sure the surface area is completely wet to ensure that you can make proper adjustments to the sticker later.

5. Apply the adhesive side of the sticker to the surface. At this point before the slippery solution dries, you can adjust and readjust the sticker without damaging it.

6. Once you are satisfied with the position of the sticker, go over the top of the sticker with a ridgid edge. Repeat this a few times until you remove most of the slippery solution between the sticker and the surface.

7. Wait approximately 10 to 15 minutes for the sticker to dry, if the sticker comes away press back down and wait till completely dry. Remove the masking tape by slowly peeling at the corner. If there are any air bubbles under the sticker, work the bubble to the edge of the sticker with your fingers. You can also use a small needle to poke a hole in the bubble and work the bubble toward the hole to flatten the surface.

Caution: Cold and wet weather can effect the drying time.

Tips for Vehicle Stripes

Always fit the smaller part first but remember to account for the height difference for the logo, if you need to cut the stripe to size cut it at the door gap where you can fold it round to give a neat finish.

Removal of the Stickers

Great care must be taken when removing the stickers especially from Painted or Papered surfaces.

First heat your stickers with a hair dryer or heat gun to soften the glue then pick at the corner and gentle pull the sticker away use more heat if necessary, on occasions the paint or paper with come off with the sticker.
